 Agra :
Agra
The City of Taj, contains many interesting monuments - including the world famous Taj Mahal.  Located on the west bank of the Yamuna, this white marble monument is truly a sight to behold on a moonlit night.  The other places of interest here; are the Agra fort, Sikandra and the the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri.


 
 Mathura :


Mathura on the bank ofMatura river Yamuna, is the birth place of Lord Krishna and is just an hour's drive by car from Agra. The land is replete with imposing temples, each dedicated to the stage's of the lord's life. The groves and ghats of nearby Brindaban with its thousands of temples still echo stories and songs that recount the exploits of this charming God. Among the important temples at Mathura and Vrindavan are Govind Dev Temple, Rangaji Temple, Dwarkadhish Temple, Keshav Deo Temple, Bankey Bihari Temple and the ISKON temple. Gokul, Barsana and Goverdhan are other townships associated with the lord.
 

 Jaipur :

The capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur is popularly known as the "Pink city" because of the stone used in its buildings.  It is the home of the colourful warrior Rajputs, whose rich attire make up for the drab desert landscape.  The Amber fort and the Hawa Mahal with its latticed windows are worth visiting.

VrindavanVrindavan just 15 km from Mathura, is another major place of pilgrimage. It is noted for its numerous temples - both old and modern. The name Vrindavan evokes the playfulness and lovable characteristics of Shri Krishna. This is the wood where he frolicked with the gopis and tenderly wooed Radha. Vrindavan today, is noted for its numerous temples. The most important are:  Madan Mohan Temple, Banke-Bihari Temple, Radha Vallabh, jaipur Temple, Shaji Temple etc.
 
 Corbett National Park :

Fauna :
The sloth bear, Himalayan black bear, dhole, jackal, yellow throated martem, Indian grey Corbett National Parkmongoose, common otter, porcupine, clacktaped hare are the other attractions of this area. It is possible to see elephants all over the park. It has over 580 species of birds. Most of the water birds are migrant, and arrive in winters. Some of these are the greylag, barheaded goose, duck etc.

 Keoladuo Bird Sanctuary :


Fauna :- Keoladuo Bird SanctuaryMigratory birds at Keoladeo include, as large a bird as Dalmatian pelican, which is slightly less than two meters, and as small a bird as Siberian disky leaf warbler, which is the size of a finger. Other migrants include several species of cranes, pelicans, geese, ducks, eagles, hawks, shanks, stints, wagtails, warblers, wheatears, flycatchers, buntings, larks and pipits, etc. But of all the migrants, the most sought after is the Siberian Crane or the great white crane, which migrates to this site every year, covering a distance of more than half the globe.

 

 Sariska Tiger Reserve :

Sariska Tiger ReserveFauna : Carnivores of the area are the panthe, jungle cat, jackal and hyena. Other animals include
the sambhar, chital, wild boar, hare, nilgai etc. The birdlife comprises of the
pea fowl, quail, sand grouse, white breasted kingfisher, golden woodpecker and great Indian horned owl.
