I calculate that by the evaluations of one 18650 that is 1.5C. 1.5 multiplied by 8 amp hours is 12 amps. Supply current is the current draw out of the electronics to the PCB. Even better is to substitute the lowest voltage batteries with different ones. It works without any problems, by breaking in I mean release it and charge it a couple of days to make sure.

My charger includes four lights and shows blue for red and charged for not there yet. By looking up ID numbers frequently it’s possible to look up the date of production and capacity. The charger does not know this but still charges to 16.8 volts and the other tissues have been charged high to compensate.

For wires that are bigger are used by greater drain. You have to fool the PCB into thinking it is being charged through P+ and P-. I used a power supply to leap the PCB. When the batteries are the center of the battery the PCB is the mind. So there you have it. When you create one battery you’ll have the assurance to make packs you need. If a lithium ion battery’s voltage fell to zero, or even under 2 volts, it might be broken, and would never bill back up. Mobile phones have this protection.

Wire the remaining black wires in order to the rest of the cells. I found I needed to do the same thing if a cable came loose and the PCB lost connectivity to one of those cells. You will inevitable have one cell which has greater capacity than the rest of the cells. Over drain protection is necessary because this is a small PCB with tiny parts and can only handle so much present.
